A product that I stand behind
I first met John Smith, the owner and inventor of Storm Stoppers at a Hurricane Preparedness seminar in St James North Carolina. The product sells itself, it is light weight but strong. Storm Stoppers panels hold up better against all the testing than plywood, plus there are no screw holes in your house. Light can shine through in case of a power outage and they can be removed from the inside in case of a fire.
Combining Creativity & Functionality
This is a Modification we did per the customer's request. The heavy rain run off from the neighbor across the street plus the Golf course would run right into her garage, so we modified a panel to block the water and guide it away from the garage door.
Following The Installation guidelines is the key.
Cutting and installing the panels according to the Specifications as Tested is the key to protecting your home. In the Wind Tunnel test in Florida the panels withstood 143 MPH winds. Why 143 MPH, well that's because the building they were installed on blew over and the panels were still attached.
